We don’t know where to start and on this occasion we’ll just introduce you this monster – Vapergate Mason RDA. Generally it’s three drip tips with different diameters, the first version is 24mm. The second one is 30mm, and the last one is 40mm!
The design is very interesting and unusual. In the upper part there are cooling holes with delrin inserts, designed to prevent you from getting burned, by the way they are directly connected to the central delrin insert under the drip tip. At first glance this is a very good protection against overheating, but only practice will show how it works. On the sides there are side airflow holes of the same shape as on top, and between them is the Vapergate logo.
In disassembly the drip is absolutely ordinary and consists of a base, body, topcap and driptip, and in general in all versions do not differ from each other, except for the racks. I won’t tell you about the 24 and 30 mm versions. vape wellington They don’t stand out in any special way – 3 racks, double center rack, it’s all very boring. We’re here because of the 40mm version.
The side struts are cut from the body and have two bolts on each side, for a total of 2 through holes and 4 bolts. The center post also has four holes, and at the base it is rectangular and has a peek insulator to add to its durability, and given the size, this is one of the most important things. Each hole is 3mm in diameter and you simply won’t be able to make a winding that won’t fit in here.
Blowing is simple. There are two options, the first for blowing two spirals, the second for four. Both options are simple rectangular holes, the size of which we do not know, but they are large enough for any winding. The blowing is regulated by turning the top cap relative to the body.
Let’s summarize. The 24 and 30 mm versions are good, but they have no zest, so I will make a conclusion only about the 40 mm version. The design is super! We really like the way it looks, but the first disadvantage of the design is the size of 40 mm, not every device will fit you. The second disadvantage is again regarding the size, the flavor transfer will definitely go to zero, which I will not say about more compact versions.
