Review of Eleaf iStick Pico 21700 with ELLO. I’ve seen you somewhere before…

Hello again, friends! Today I want to share with you one new product from the Celestial Empire. Although, if you dig deeper, you can hardly call the device in question a new product. After all, we all know and remember where the story began… Well, oh well. This review will focus on the Eleaf iStick Pico 21700 with ELLO starter kit.

The Eleaf company has recently released a sufficient number of different devices, and all this is done to meet the needs of every vaper. After all, someone needs more power, and someone likes compactness and simplicity.

This review will update the still very popular iStick Pico box mod, which is still actively used by people around the world. It once amazed with its compactness and unpretentiousness, thereby winning love and trust. Let’s see what the manufacturer from China has prepared for us this time.

So, let’s get down to business. In front of us is a branded cardboard box with a close-up image of the device inside. new zealand vape shop auckland On the sides is a branded logo and a sticker to check the originality. On the back is a description of everything that awaits us inside the box, as well as information about the manufacturer.

We open the box – and here it is before our eyes:

iStick Pico 21700 box mod (in my case with a 21700 battery inside – the contacts are sealed with a film for safety);

ELLO tank with a pre-installed HW2 evaporator inside;

HW1-C evaporator

Additional accessories for the tank: drip tip (additional), o-rings, shaft enlarger;

Spare glass (allows you to increase the tank volume to 4 ml);

Adapter for using 18650 batteries;

USB-microUSB cable for charging and firmware updates;

Operating instructions.

Of course, the manufacturer took care of the color scheme of its devices. We have the following options to choose from: Greenery (green), Black (black), Hot Pink (pink), Gray (gray), Brushed Silver (matte silver), Silver (silver). In my case, we have Gray.

The first impression is always important. As for me, the box mod has not changed at all: the same good design, the same convenient and ergonomic shapes, the same simplicity in appearance. Before us is a simple and unpretentious “machine” for everyday use, which will simply serve and please the owner. But I have not come across a complete tank before … So what? Let’s get down to business. So, let’s start reviewing the ELLO atomizer.

A plastic drip tip on 2 o-rings greets us from above. It is quite a convenient shape – slightly narrowed towards the end. Also in the kit there is another drip tip (in shape and diameter it is very similar to the 810 format), but with a more familiar outline to the eye. Let me point out the fact that regular 810 drip tips, which any vaper probably has, are not suitable here, since the mounting hole does not have its own oring.

Next comes the filling cap. It is metal and has a very convenient opening design: just push it slightly to the side (there is an OPEN indicator on the cap on the right side) – and we have access to the tank filling hole. Its size is quite sufficient to use any type of bottle.

Next, let’s look at the evaporation chamber with a shaft and glass. By default, the tank has a glass that allows us to fill 2 ml of liquid. But the manufacturer also took care of those for whom this capacity is not enough: in the kit, as I wrote earlier, there is a larger glass, as well as a special extension that is screwed into the evaporator along the thread. Thus, having assembled the structure together, we get a reservoir with a volume of 4 ml.

Description and features of the Eleaf iStick Pico 21700 box mod

Now let’s move on to a more detailed examination of the iStick Pico 21700 box mod itself.

On top there is a battery compartment cover (be careful and gentle – the threads are very small and quite fragile, so you shouldn’t apply much force when tightening them) and a landing pad for an atomizer up to 25 mm in diameter (you simply won’t be able to tighten it more than this size). The front part is occupied by the Fire button (it dangles a little when used – and this is a little annoying), a screen for displaying information and a microUSB port for charging the battery and updating the firmware. On the sides and back there are only painted parts of the case with branded inscriptions. Below there are the “+” and “-” buttons for adjusting the board parameters in different modes (many are already accustomed to this in such devices – the keys are recessed a little inward, so it is not so easy to accidentally press them), as well as holes for cooling the insides of the box mod.

Conclusions

The bottom line, gentlemen vapers. The Eleaf iStick Pico 21700 with ELLO kit turned out to be ordinary. There is nothing more to say, since we have seen all these forms before. Even the tank does not stand out in any way – simple and practical for everyday use. Of course, the innovation in the form of a 21700 battery is a step forward, since it gives us the opportunity to have a fairly good supply of energy for the day with a small size. As for the price, you will have to fork out for a ready-made kit.
