QVANT GALAXY packaging
GALAXY disposables are expectedly sold in QVANT’s traditional white cardboard boxes. However, this time the packaging is quite decent in size, as well as its contents: 5600 puffs is a serious claim to leadership. The front side is occupied by a photo of the stick in the current color, but much smaller than its actual size. Above is the name and logo of the manufacturers, below is a description of the taste in Russian and a warning about nicotine.
On the sides there is the QVANT logo and a graph of the device’s energy efficiency according to English standards. The last side of the box is filled with small letters of technical information, the expiration date, addresses (both of the manufacturer and the importer in the Russian Federation) and warnings with restrictions are indicated.
Inside the box you will find fairly detailed instructions in Russian and the stick itself, packaged in a disposable opaque white blister. There is no flavor name on this packaging, but the color of the QVANT GALAXY logo will be different for each flavor.
QVANT GALAXY design
The disposable QVANT GALAXY is made in a rather rare “flask” format – that is, the battery and liquid container are located next to each other, and the body has a characteristic transverse bend, and the general contours repeat the internal contents. The body itself is made of aluminum alloy and covered with a thin layer of paint, a different color for each taste, the name of which in English is immediately engraved with a laser beam.
The thick part hides a reservoir with liquid and an evaporative element, and the thin part houses the control board, charging module and battery. The anti-tightening device turns on and signals this with a faint white glow from below. There are no airflow settings in this model – the force that needs to be applied to tighten it can be called moderately tight and comfortable. There is no desire to make the breath more free, but sometimes you still want to make it a little tighter.
The top edge appears to be metal due to the fine radial line texture, but it is plastic. The mouthpiece is low and round, easy to use but does not imply holding the disposable in your teeth without using your hands. There are three holes at the bottom: the first is a USB Type-C charging port, the second is a tiny hole for air intake, and the third hides a signal LED.
Initially, all holes, both top and bottom, are protected with a sticker and a silicone plug. They must be removed before vaping. But you should only keep and wear the mouthpiece protection from dust.
Charging a one-time device is not the fastest, only half an Ampere, but it can be done with absolutely any power supply and even from the USB port of a laptop. The total charging time is about one and a half hours.

QVANT GALAXY – BLUEBERRY-RASPEBERRY
So, the smell before vaping is sour and raspberry, with hints of sweet lemonade. The taste on the first puff is thick and rich, it’s definitely raspberry, but not the garden or even wild version, namely the “blue” version, somewhat similar to blackberry, but sweeter and richer. A deep puff adds hints of sweet soda, and during exhalation a candy caramel taste also appears, which remains in the aftertaste. In general, as I warned at the very beginning, there are no blueberries here at all.
QVANT GALAXY – STRAWBERRY DAIQURI COCKTAIL
The aroma of the one-time drink reminded me of berries and some other sweet alcoholic products. The smell is moderately sweet, with a slight bitter note and a hint of lime. I can’t say anything about the taste of a real cocktail made from white rum, sugar and strawberry syrups, lime juice and ice, I’ve just never drunk it. A single dose of inhalation creates a decent hit of sweetness to the receptors. Then, during a deep puff, a slightly bitter alcoholic taste appears, mixed with a strawberry tint. On the exhale everything mixes and is complemented by a hint of citrus in the background, while the aftertaste is dominated by a sweet and lingering alcoholic tang. As a result, in my opinion as an amateur who has never drunk a daiquiri, it turns out to be a good imitation of a real sweet cocktail with rum.
QVANT GALAXY – MINT
What I love about mint flavors is their stability, simplicity of description and understandability to anyone, even someone inexperienced in the variety of tastes. Peppermint, vaguely reminiscent of chewing gum in smell and with a slight sweetness in taste, is perfectly invigorating and refreshing even without the addition of a cooler (a component of the liquid that does not have its own taste, but deceives the receptors, making the liquid deceptively cold). At any moment of vaping there will be only freshness, mint, a little sweetness and a long, invigorating aftertaste with a hint of chewing gum.
QVANT GALAXY – ORANGE MANGO-WATERMELON
The aroma of the stick makes you remember the New Year holidays: tangerines, exotic fruits and a slight chill in the air. The taste on the inhale continues the feeling of the holiday, the tart zest mixes with sourness, and then during a deep inhale it develops with the honeyed sweetness of the mango. As you exhale, everything seems to multiply by three and flood you with taste. But somehow I didn’t feel the watermelon. But it’s good without him.
QVANT GALAXY – BANANA
The smell of banana before vaping is not the brightest, but after the first inhalation it becomes rich and cool. On the inhale, I didn’t notice anything other than sweetness; the deep puff revealed a thick banana jam, and then turned into a cold banana smoothie during the exhale. The aftertaste is very bright and long, similar to chilled banana jam. Delicious, but too sweet for me.
QVANT GALAXY. Personal impressions
The QVANT GALAXY 5600 disposables pleased us with their non-standard and very convenient compact body, good taste, a huge number of puffs and a modern charging port. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the slow charging speed, but even so, once a 100% charged battery is enough for a whole day of discussion.
